Having a defined and measurable sales process makes your team accountable and profitable.  Work with Peter Berry to create a custom sales process to include:

  • Defined Sales Process with identified steps and a mobile tracking system for each sales professional to use to track activity, pipeline and forecast
  • Develop Activity and Revenue expectations to include number of cold calls, prospect meetings, customer meetings and proposals
  • Team Review to include identifying strengths and weaknesses, evaluating activity levels and compensation plans.
  • Expectation Setting with the entire team so they know what is expected, how they will be evaluated and the consequences of not meeting goals.
